AWI 2011 CODBS now available

The AWI 2011 Cost of Doing Business Survey (CODBS) is now available for AWI national manufacturing members to fill out.

The survey closes on April 1st, 2011.

The Excel spreadsheet may be downloaded in either Windows or Macintosh versions here.

If you have any questions about it, you may contain Teresa McCain of the national AWI offices, at 571-323-3622.

In 2008, then-president of NEAWI John Ianiri wrote about the CODBS:

"My company has submitted the CODB for several years and I have found the survey to be one of the most important benefits AWI has to offer. The data obtained from the CODB is an excellent method of comparing your company's compensation costs, benefits programs, and profitability to that of your competitors. While the task of entering your company data may seem daunting, I can tell you it is not that difficult. The quality of our regional information is greatly affected by the number of surveys returned by our chapter. I urge all members to take advantage of this valuable resource."

From the AWI description of the year's survey:

CODBS is an annual financial and human capital benchmarking study on behalf of AWI.
